they can copy the builds and can work pretty efficient. But are those copy-cats in top 100 themselves now?
No, they will stay low at 500-600 untill they improve their skill (not skills).

It's not only the build that matters.
It's you're strategy on splits, timing on spikes (if playing balanced), the actual skill level your team is playing at, ect. aswell.
